Free Warranty
Warranty period of 30 days: If any quality problems occur within 30 days after the product is sold, you may ask for a replacement or refund.Each product has a set of digital identification code, which contains the product's information and serves as a maintenance certificate.
Please kindly note that we Soonfire provides 18 month of free repair for our products no matter defects in materials or workmanship. All defective lights will be offered repair or replace. This warranty does not apply to any products or parts which have been subject to modification/misuse/negligence/accident/ improper maintenance or repair by anyone other than Soonfire. As for those products that exceed 18 months from the purchase date, Soonfire will still provide with warranty service, but the user/owner needs to cover cost (freight and transit costs) themselves.
